Digitization of the registration process and policy administration of insurances
For the redesign of the Knappschaft Insurance website, we largely automated the sensitive process of registering and managing insured persons. Through personas and the development of numerous user journeys, target group-specific process steps were developed, which dynamically guide the insured through the application.
